When an organization uses Sensei, it only receives aggregated, anonymous information — never personal data. On top of that, if an analysis covers a group of fewer than 5 people, Sensei blocks the results and shows a privacy message to prevent any identification. Your growth is yours. Always.

Very little:

Once we accept you as a tester, you'll receive an email with your access and you can start chatting with Sensei right away. Nothing to install — everything runs from your browser.

It depends on what you need. Sensei complements coaches — it doesn't replace them. It works as continuous support, available 24/7, helping you reflect, clarify ideas and make decisions. Sensei brings precision, constant availability and the ability to spot patterns in your evolution. Together they form a far more powerful system for your growth.

Sensei only collects:

• your interactions inside the platform
• the documents you choose to upload to the platform
• data from integrated tools you grant access to
• your voluntary responses
• your usage patterns
• the data you decide to share for your own development

All this information is used so Sensei can:

We never sell data. We never share it with third parties.

You have full control of your information. At any time you can:

• download your data
• ask that just one — or none — of your conversations be stored
• delete them completely,
• or deactivate your account at no cost.

If you work for a company that uses Sensei, the organization still won't have access to your conversations or your individual data — even if you leave the company. Privacy is a right. And at Sensei it is an absolute priority.
